Problem Solving:

2. Smart TV Issues: If you are constantly receiving a buffering message while trying to stream media, it means that your internet speed is not fast enough to keep up with a continuous stream.† If this is only a one-time thing and you already have fast internet, I would just reset the Wi-Fi modem.† Otherwise if it is a recurring issue, I would try and buy a different modem that will allow for faster internet.

3. Touch Gestures Not Working: If you are just dragging the item around, you may not have both fingers on your device to be able to zoom.† I would suggest trying again with the pads of your fingers flat on the screen.

4. Dim Screen: One thing that might have caused the screen to dim is that your battery on your laptop is low, so it went into battery-saving mode. If you donít like this mode, I believe you can turn it off in your settings.

6. Printer Problem: If you are receiving an error message that the printer is not connected, I would suggest going to your settings where the printers and devices are.† From here you are able to set up the wireless printer that you are trying to print from.

7. Projector Resolution Issue: One step you can take to resolve the projector resolution issue to go to your display settings.† From here, you are able to change the resolution of the screen and also adjust the zoom of the screen so that the everything fits on the screen.
