Welcome to Wisteria Farms, family-owned since 1908. The Dubois family, Marguerite and August and their three children, Pierre, Marie, and Paul, came to New Hampshire at the turn of the century from Quebec. After working in the Amoskeag Mills for a few years, the family traded mill life for farming, and a tradition was born.

Starting in 1908, twice a week Pierre and Paul hitched up their horses to the wagon and drove to neighboring towns to sell eggs and vegetables. Eventually they built a thriving business providing restaurants and resorts with produce. In 1926, Marie and her husband Thomas took over the farming operations, and opened a retail farm stand on the site of the current Wisteria Farms.

Five generations have contributed to the success of Wisteria Farms. We are proud to continue providing local restaurants with the freshest organic produce and to have won the Seacoast's Best Farm Stand award five times.
