How long does it
take for shipping?
The goal is 2-3 days from
the time your order is fulfilled using UPS. There is an option for
Federal Express shipments.
How do I know when my order is shipped?
We will e-mail you when your
order is shipped along with shipping information. This allows
you to tract your shipment through UPS or Fed Ex.
Can you personalize my hat?
Yes. We can have your hat
personalized with your name or logo. Please e-mail us for special
orders.
How do I return items?
You will get a return number when
you e-mail us through the contact page. We except returns for items if
there is a defect or does not fit/wrong size.
Can I exchange for a different hat if I don't like
the one I order?
You have 15 days to contact us
after you receive your hat to request an exchange. You will have to
pay the difference if the exchange hat is more then the returned hat.
If it is less, we will credit your credit card or you can elect a credit on
your account.
