I unfortunately do not have access to a commercial management software such as Microsoft Project, so I was not able to answer this question unfortunately. I did some research online

What common elements do you find among the job descriptions? What is the most unusual characteristic among them?

I went to the website Indeed.com, and here is what I found:

The most common characteristics that the job is looking for are someone with a bachelorís degree in an IT related field, and at least a couple of years of managing experience as well as around 4 to 5 years in an IT related work environment. For skills, it is looking for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills, someone with strong problem solving skills and someone with experience in management. One of the unusual characteristics that I found was that one job was seeking experience with Lux software.
