Web Page Authoring

Chapter 6

Design Project (p.50)

1.    CSS is the language for describing the presentation of a web page, including colors, layout, and fonts. It allows one to adapt the presentation to different types of devices, such as large screens, small screens, or printers. Jamesatthemill.com utilizes many different types of stylesheets and incorporates them in a unique way.

2.    The CSS styles are used in a way that is most effective, because they split up all of the information onto separate pages, which prevents an overload of information in one area of the screen.

3.    After taking a closer look at the website and source code, I did not see any tables on the page.
