3. The two main components of the motherboard are the processor and memory. Many motherboards also integrate sound, video, and networking capabilities. (110)

7. A stylus looks like a small ink pen and is used instead of a fingertip to enter data, make selections, or draw on a touch screen. A stylus may include buttons you can press to simulate clicking a mouse. (112)

Internet Research

2. Social Media: Visit at least 3 Twitter, Facebook, or other social network sites and review the content. I used the companies: Sephora, LUSH, and Starbucks. Sephora had 14,663,458 likes on Facebook and approx. 2 million followers on Twitter. LUSH had approx. 317 million Twitter followers and I could not find an official Facebook page. Starbucks had 36,445,099 likes on Facebook and 11.7 million Twitter followers. The posts that are the most engaging are the ones in which they are revealing new products. There are millions of reviews for each company listed, way too many to read. Most reviews are positive. Online social networks encourage sharing opinions by showing people what they are interested in the most, so that they are more willing to buy and review the products. All of the companies listed are very active on Twitter and respond to almost every tweet. They are very good at interacting with their customers. When negative posts are written, the companies I listed always responded professionally and positively because then that customer who wrote the negative review is more likely to try their products again in the future and not have a bad attitude towards the company.
